How to use it :

1. Floss and brush before using ShineSmart, this allows our whitening formula to get to work deeper in the crevices between teeth.
2. We recommend you use the products in the evening before bedtime, to minimize the stains collected through day time.
3. Push the plunger of the syringe and apply pea size amount of serum to each tooth - paint each tooth as you would your nails
4. Once the serum has been applied to your teeth, use LED tray and plug it to your phone. Keep the light in for 10-30 minutes (time varies based on your desired whiteness)
5. After whitening for your desired length of time, remove the light from your mouth. Rinse both LED mouthpiece, and your mouth.
6. The best way to monitor your results is to take pictures of your teeth before you start whitening and then after 5 days of bleaching, take the pictures in normal light without flash.
